1. 選人與視像面試STEP 1. Selection & Video Interview
僱主挑選姐姐簡歷,本公司將迅速安排與海外現成工人進行一對一視像面試。 Employers screen verified helper profiles, and our company will promptly arrange a 1-on-1 video interview with overseas candidates.
2. 簽署文件與公證STEP 2. Contract Signing & Notarization
確認人選後,僱主與工人姐姐正式簽署法定合約,並由本公司遞交至領事館辦理合約公證。 Upon final selection, the employer and helper officially sign the statutory employment contract, which we submit to the consulate for official notarization.
3. 入境處簽證審批STEP 3. Immigration Visa Processing
將公證合約遞交至入境處申請工作簽證。期間會緊密跟進工人在當地健康檢查進度。 Submit the notarized contract to the Hong Kong Immigration Department for employment visa application, while we closely track and monitor the helper's local medical examination progress.
4. 出境與姐姐抵港STEP 4. Deployment, Arrival & Onboarding
簽證批出後安排訂購單程機票與保險。姐姐抵港當日協助辦理身份證申請與基本輔導。 Arrange one-way flight tickets and compulsory helper insurance upon visa approval. Assist with HKID application and provide entry orientation on arrival.

📌 1. 法定最低工資與膳食津貼📌 1. Statutory Minimum Wage & Food Allowance
僱主必須嚴格遵循香港特區政府規定的外籍家庭傭工「法定最低工資」。若合約規定不提供免費膳食,則必須按月支付法定膳食津貼。 Employers must strictly comply with the Statutory Minimum Wage for Foreign Domestic Helpers (FDHs) set by the HKSAR Government. A statutory monthly food allowance must be paid if free food is not provided under the contract.
📌 2. 必須購買外傭勞工保險📌 2. Compulsory Employees' Compensation Insurance
根據香港《僱員補償條例》,僱主必須在外傭正式入屋履職前,為其購買足額的僱員補償保險(勞保),以承擔僱主法定的醫療與意外責任。 Under the Employees' Compensation Ordinance, employers must secure valid insurance coverage before the helper officially commences duty to bear the employer's statutory medical and accident liabilities.
📌 3. 每週法定休息日📌 3. Statutory Weekly Rest Day
家傭每 7 天期間內,有權獲得不少於 1 個連續 24 小時的法定休息日。休息日應由僱主與外傭協商訂定,非緊急狀況僱主不得強迫其工作。 Helpers are entitled to at least one continuous 24-hour rest day every seven days. Rest days should be determined by mutual agreement, and employers cannot compel helpers to work on their rest days under non-emergency circumstances.
📌 4. 勞資溝通與互相體諒📌 4. Effective Communication & Mutual Patience
新到港的姐姐需要 1 至 3 個月的適應期。建議僱主在入屋初期,給予明確清晰的工作日程表,並保持耐性給予指導,能讓姐姐更快速融入您的家庭。 Newly arrived helpers typically require a one-to-three-month adaptation period. Providing a clear, structured daily work schedule and patient guidance fosters smoother and faster integration into your household.
